State of Ohio The renovation of the Ohio Statehouse and Senate building required extensive removal of hazardous materials, including asbestos and lead, prior to renovation. Gandee & Associates performed the hazardous materials surveys for the facilities, and prepared the hazardous materials removal design documents. Later, we provided the on-site monitoring of the abatement work.
